This is one of those things I do that I hope other people do, too so I feel like less of a freak:
Sometimes when the back of my hand itches, I scratch it with my teeth. Mainly it’s because I don’t have nails, but yeah. I look a fucking idiot sticking my hand in my mouth and scratching it with my teeth. I only do it when I’m at home.
